SO, I did live update and it didnt fix, even though the program says click "fix" to update definitions. I have 4010.26 version so everything is up to date. Where can I update Proactive threat protection definitions?

    Hi,

you have a more serious issue: version 11.0.4010 is seriously bugged and it was already called in. Update to 11.0.4014.

Regarding your original issue, if the communication is good, wait just a couple of hours, in the meantime someone else will post here further suggestions, now I can't.

Isnt it that the MP2 shall be released this May 2009?
So Steves396lt1 would update to MP1a and then after a few days update again to MP2?
When shall the new update be available..?
    thanks.

When I had that similar problem it took 24 hours for the new definitions to roll in. Make sure there are no other issues that may be causing this problem to be unresolved.

Yes, MR4 MP2 was just released, I just proposed the MR4 MP1a because it was already available when the customer opened the ticket and if he needed he could fix the issue of 11.0.4010 as soon as possible.
Now, of course, I suggest to migrate to the mr4 mp2.
