    Hello,

    Check this Article:

Attempted login to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager reverts to login screen or displays 403 Forbidden errors

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102842

Incase, the Above article does not help, please upload the SCM-Server-0.log file and catalina.out file.

    Hope that helps!!

    Hi,

    Check this article as well.

Home, Monitors, and Reports tabs are blank in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Remote Console

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH103832&locale=en_US

Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest SEP version i.e SEP 12.1 ?

Reason I am asking because we don't have any dependecy with IIS in SPE 12.1.

    Check this article as well:

Few differences between SEP 11.x and SEP 12.1 EE

    Hi,

You can check if the "data" folder has the user group "Everyone" set to Full Access and at least the inheritance of these settings for all the subfolders, files inside the "data folder".

Otherwise, follow the instructions that Mithun already provided.

You should be aware about one thing regarding SEPM 11.X version. It's using IIS 6.0 so when you uninstall/reinstall IIS role, ensure to install all the modules without any exception of IIS including IIS compatibility from 7.0 to 6.0 etc ... Otherwise the SEPM Console would never work correctly.

Note that SEPM 12.1 is not using IIS anymore, it has been fully replaced by Apache so easier install as IIS is not required anymore.

If you install SEPM 11.X on Windows Server 2008, it's the same process, when you install IIS role you should install every modules of IIS including compatibility modules from recent to older IIS version.

For Windows Server 2012 it will not work at all as only SEP 12.1 RU2 will support the new Windows 8/2012 environment.

    Kind Regards,

    A. Wesker
