Endpoint response rules

In the dialog box for response rules is there a way to default the option "Apply this justification to subsequent doalogs resulting from this action" from checked to unchecked? Also, can hyperlinks be added to the text?

yes, U can define custome text or blank text box so that user either select or write his own justification whwn endpoint agent pops for justification

As far as I know it is not possible to change the check box. I have also been unable to get hyperlinks to work in the text box (they aren't supported but I tried a bunch of different methods anyway and they failed).

what is that you arre trying to accomplish is the better question?
Are you trying to redirec to a portal in which you can better log information, or a better form of reporting?

is there anything you want to put in the body of the message that can send a user to a specific locationyou want?
