Hi,

I have the US Army Endpoint Protection, 64 bit, for home use, and it starts up, runs for a minute or so, but will not install.

I have a PC with Windows 7, 64 bit, and have shut the WIN 7 Firewall off, but still a no go.

What am I missing? Thank you

Click on start  -->Run , In run type %temp%

Look for a file called SEP_Inst.log

In the this log file search for Return value 3

paste 6-7 lines before this.
