  • 1.  Enforce console is taking long time to load

    Hi All,

     

    I have been facing performance issues with my Enforce Console , It is taking a very long time to load.There were only few default policies enabled.

     

    Please comment !!

    I've found that this is typically caused by the dashboard set by the user.  Once you get into the console setup a blank dashboard and set it as the default.  This should get you faster load times.

    Kishore,

    How many incidents do you have and what version are you on? The newer versions are better at loading pages, but make sure that you are going to a incident list page and not a dashboard.
