    HI,

Ive been getting a regular error when trying to install the enforce agent at the Oracle user configuration, I have attached a screen shot of the error. But if you cant see the attachment the basics of it are:

    Error message:

Use SQL*plus to execute SQL, PL/SQL and SQL*statements,

    Usage 1: sqlplus -h I -v

-H Displays the SQL*plus version and the usage help

    -v displays the SQL*plus version.

    Usage 2: sqlplus [[<option>][{logon I /nolog}][<start>]]

and thats all ive got - the message doesnt seem all that helpful but maybe someone has encountered this before...

otherbits of info i can give u are... IM running a VM with WIN2008 R2 and have the latest version of oracle in stalled and have used the oracle template from DLP.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I think you don't need to add your domain name before the username protect.

On your second screenshot, on the 'User Information For Symantec DLP Database', on the 'User Name' box, just input protect, do not input sysadm/protect
