  • 1.  Enforcer is off !

    Hi,

     

    Enforcer status on SEPM is offline, but when I ssh to the appliance, and show status it gives me healthy and connected to SEPM. so how to clear the wrong status and force it to show the correct one ?

    Do you have replication between sites? If that's the case, enforcer will only show online on the site that it's connecting to.

    I have replication between sites, and "online" is not appearing on both sites consoles ? Do I have to delete the enforcer from sepm and wait till next heart-beat. I usually use this with SEP's which keep showing old definition date while in reality it's up-to-date !!

    You can give it a try, I never see this problem. Which version are you using?

    SEPM ver = MR3

     

    SNAC ver = MR2 (is it adviced to upgrade to MR3)

     

    strange issue, coz it was working before ?!!
