Enfore Console - version 12 vontu

Hi ,

 

Under the incidents tab - only discover incident list appears .

There is no endpoint or network tab where we can see the incidents created in endpoint or network.

Do I have to create any dashboard or report to see that ?

Do I need to configure anything or as long as the license exist - incident would appear ?

I need solution immediately. pls. help

Asutariya,

  1. Make sure you have installed the proper licenses, this will enable the console properly.
  2. Are you logged in as a user or Administrator
  3. If a user, make sure the ROLE that you are associated to has the right to see all of the incidents. (network, Endpoint and Discover)

Thanks for reply,

 

however, I want to confirm that the user ( sys-admin ) has permisision to access all incidents.

Secondly I want to share that we originally had license only for endpoint  discover but now evaluting Endpoint prevent so just obtained the evaluation license .

I just uploaded new evaluation license, it shows that endpoint prevent is activated but I can only see discover tab under the incident menu. - network & endpoint are missing.

Is there anything else I can check here ?

As I mentioned you need to look at the ROLE that sys-admin user is under.. that role does not have Access to see all Incidnets.

If you log in as Administrator you will be able to see everything!

Have you logged out ot f the console and relogged in?

The changes to the UI will not happen until you relog in. Try loggin in as the Administrator and see the UI.

Last resort is to Recycle the Vontu Notifer service on the Enforce server.
