Endpoint Protection

Please help: I need the Endpoint removal tool for version 11.0 and its proving to be very difficult, too difficult, to get hold of.
I am doing some charity work, Endpoint 11 is on various computers and can't be upgraded from the central repository i've set up, so its got to come off but can't be removed manually using Symantecs procedures. The charity does not appear to have a registered support contract or similiar and this has certainly complicated getting the removal tool.
I've not had any success with using these forums or calling Symatec support and this is my last hope. Please provide me with the symatenc endpoint version 11 removal tool.
I can't believe that this is so difficult to get hold of and I have to admit I am completely unimpressed and very fed up with the product and support. If you don't want to provide it, please let me know. I'll explain to the charity and we won't be using any of your products in the future; and neither will I - I'm the architect for a 10,000 user business. I'll let you decide.

You can acquire this utility 1 of 2 ways.

Thank you for your reply but the charity for which I'm doing this piece of work for do not have a support contract, case Id or anything other than the media and legitimate license for Endpoint 11; they can't afford things like that. So none of these suggestions will work because the submission process cannot be completed as one of these things (Support contract, case ID, etc) are needed. I'm basically going to give up now as I've wasted far too much time on getting the tool. I will no longer be using any Symantec products and I'll have to tell the charity that we're now faced with re-installing 50 computers because the manual process does not remove SEP11 properly. My recommendations to them and the business that I work in will now be severley tained by this experiance.
