Enterprise vault 10.0.3 NOt able to store and restore from vault

when I try to Manually archive or restore from the vault I get an error   COULD NOT ARCHIVE THE SELECTED ITEMS  TRY AGAIN LATER

how to trouble shoot the issue

You will want to make sure the EV Services and Tasks are all running, check the EV Event Log and grab a client trace  while you are trying to do a restore and\or archive.

Also make sure it's not in read only/backup mode

Are you the evadmin btw or an end user? If you're a regular end user you may want to contact your help desk if you can't contact the evadmins directly
