Enterprise Vault license

Hi Folks,

I'm planning to upgrade my Enterprise Vault 9.0.3 to 10.0.3 in coming days. Our support is expiered but renewal is in process. i hope i'll get it soon.

Just want to know do we required any new licenses while upgrading to version 10.0.3. i hope our existing licenses for 9.0.3 will work.

I believe you need a new license, due to the changed indexing. You could contact Customer Service, they should know.

Goto licensing.symantec.com, login with your connect id, look for 'contact customer care agent'. on that page you cna find the phone numbers per country

You don't *need* a new license, the old license will still work just fine, however compliance wise, you will absolutely need the new license

Contact any of these licensing numbers based on your region & confirm whether or not you need a new license key.

JW3 is correct, you can upgrade with your existing EV 9 license in place.
