Dear Team,
We need to install outlook add in ON MAC os , to restore data in vault store.
Please help me out where I will get ADd in.

You will find "Client for MAC OS X" folder in the installation media of EV.
Above folder conatins .dmg file which you need to install on the MAC OS.
BTW what version of EV you are using.

it depends on what exactly you need to do, version of EV, version of email client in osx... if you can elaborate maybe we can give you some more options.

I am using EV version 8.0.4.1991 and outlook version is 2011.
Please update me further on same.

Only EV10.0 supports Outlook 2011 for Mac
Refer Page#48 of the compatibility chart http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH38537

....and EV will really need to be 9.0x in order to use EV10 Addin.
