Enterprise Vault not Manually Archiving

G'Day All,

Got a bit of a curly one here perhaps someone can shed some light on.

We have about 3 users out of 70 that are unable to manually archive to our Enterprise Vault.

Specifically, if a user clicks on one Outlook email message and then selects Store in Vault the usual 'clock' icons appears, however it does not change into the vaulted icon.  Rather, it reverts back to the regular Outlook mail icon after about 5 seconds without vaulting as it should.

The user is running Outlook 2003 from Exchange 2007 - need to speak to our USA office for Ent Vault version sorry.

Any rough ideas on where I should be looking for this one?

Hi

Get a client Trace of those Machines while reproducing the issue:

CTRL + SHIFT + Click on an EV Icon in Outlook, set Log Level to High, then restart Outlook and reproduce.

Please then attach the Log to your Original Post. (You can't attach to new comments)

Thanks for the tip - have attached as requested.

Think there may be some offline vault entries in the log, but definately also an example of trying a manual archive - icon goes to timer then reverts to regular email icon rather than a vault icon.

Interested to hear of any thoughts or comments mate.
