We develop a custom form which we use on the Outlook Calendar but with a client who uses Enterprise Vault it causes problems.

Our form should be used when creating an appointment and when editing however it only appears when creating an appointment.  It seems as the EV is overriding our custom form somehow.

Does anyone know what this might be or has anyone experienced it before?

I don't remember hearing anything about this... couple quick questions which may help:

What are the message classes of the items in the calendar? (look at calendar in list view and add the 'message class' column).

Is the EV client installed?  If so, which version?

What version of EV is being used on the EV server/

What is the name of your product/company?
