Enterprise Vault Proxy Error
Dear all,
we have Problem....
Vault Server:
W2008SP1
EV8 SP2
Exchange Server
W2003R2 SP2
EXC 2003 SP2
non Cluster, single Server
When we access the Archive Explorer via OWA we become a blank page.
- Client Connection = use Proxy
On the Exchange we enable the Debug mode in the EVBackend.ini

the Problem isn't solved, all troubleshooting are without any solution.
the internal domain isn't the problem, we use the local domain name.
the blank screen is online again... no idea whats the problem.
realy no one use EV8 SP2 & Exchange 2003 SP2???
what is the best next step?
open an official support case?

just to clarify, did you change the exchange.defaultdomain= line in your EVBackEnd.ini to the name of your internal domain or is it still set to "local.domain" ?

i too faced this problem and
i too faced this problem and found evanon VD login credentials side problem. when system (w2k3) boots, it used to fail to get auth with AD server and login used to fail for evanon VD. EV support could not solve the problem. Finally we figured out the problem with network port where we had to enable PORTFAST while Spanning Tree Protocol is enabled. Solved the problem. Please check for error 5719 source netlogon and type is error and above should solve ur problem.
