This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hello ,
SQL Server Reports and ReportsServer url's are being redirected to Https:// urls.
From browser when i wanna browse http://sqlserverhostname/reports , browser redirect me to https://sqlserverfqn/reports directory . I can browse this web via ssl.
But when i wanna configure EV reporting , EV could not contact with SQL Server Reporting Service because SQL Server RS does not accept http(tcp 80).
Is is possible for EV ( 10.0.2 ) to connect to SSRS 2008 R2 over SSL ?

i dont see https or ssl mentioned anywhere in the reporting documentation. can you disable the port redirection, configure EV reporting, and then set it back?
