Enterprises Vault 10 backup job is getting fail with Netbackup 7.5

Hi,

I need help,

Enterprises Vault 10 backup job is gatting fail with Netbackup 7.5 with error code 2 (none of the requested files were backed up(2)

As per master server - client host properties, updated the EV server' service account cerdentical has updated, but still have issue.

BPRESOLVER Error logs -

Hello NBU_13,

You need to isloate the cause whether its NBU causing the job to fail or EV.

From EV end, you can open EV Powershell Mgmt and try set Enterprise vaultstore in backupmode and clear EnterpriseVault in backupmode.

If it completes successfully and you don't get any error/warning in the Enterprise Vault Event log.. then the issue is with NBU and you need to post it on NBU forum.

Thanks, I can able to make back mode from EV side, let me check with netbackup side.

have you checked compatibility between your EV version, OS, SQL, and NBU versions?

Hi,

I hope, there is no issue with compatibility, because backup was fine till last weeek and it was running fine for long time, the issue perisit, only before 1 weeks back, the backup started to fail.

As you said you need to check with NBU support as from EV side i don't think we have any issue.
