  • 1.  Env: Windows 7, Virtual PC, Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.6200.754

    We had to deinstall SEP (  Symantec Endpoint Protection  11.0.6200.754 ) in order to install Microsoft Virtual PC on our Windows 7 laptop.

    After the re-install SEP, we can not get the firewall/Network protection to install, only "Anti-virus" and " proactive Threat" appear in the SEP console.

    We have desintalled SEP, run CleanWipe and resinstalled SEP and this has not fixed the problem..

     

    Any ideas ?

    You need to re start the system, then you will find the NTP in the SEP client GUI. It's all ok.

    After the reboot if the issue is not fixed run a repair on the client machine from Add/Remove Programs.
