ER reports includes text and htm file

ER reports sent from a local ER user include an empty .txt and .htm file along with the report sent as a PDF attachement. How to prevent sending of the empty files.

Can you provide some additional info such as file names and the email client & server types (Exchange, Lotus, webmail, etc)? This may help narrow down the problem.
