Endpoint Protection

Bonjour;

J’ai un serveur SEPM 12.1, qui télécharge la mise à jour directement de l'internet (site Symantec LU),

Depuis deux jours quand j'exécute la commande « LUALL.EXE», il m'affiche le message d'errer suivant :

LU1814: LiveUpdate could not retrieve the catalog file of available Symantec product and component updates. Please verify that you are able to connect to the Internet and run LiveUpdate again.

Prière m'orienter pour résoudre ce problème

Run the symhelp tool on it troubleshoot as a first step

Run this command on SEPM server

1. Click Start, then Run.
2. Type cmd, then click OK. This will bring up a command prompt.
3. At the command prompt type cd and the path to lucatalog.exe. By default the command would be: 
   
   cd C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin
    
4. Enter the following:
   • On SEP 12.1 lucatalog.exe -forcedupdate
   • On SEP 11.x lucatalog.exe -update

Note:  If SEP 12 Small Business Edition is installed, then the default command would be cd C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Protection Center\bin

Ce problème se produit lorsque le proxy IP est entré dans Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) console est incorrect. 

Ce problème peut également se produire si il ya une seule IP DNS est entré dans les paramètres TCP / IP, DNS ou si IP est manquant ou incorrect dans les paramètres TCP / IP.
