    Hi

     

    not able to login to the SEPM console  error 1068 the dependency services or group faild start

    Hello,

    Since you are carrying SEP 12.1, could you please upload the scm-server-0.log and catalina.out from the server machine?

    That would assist us to know the root cause of the issue.

    can you please post the scm-server-0.log after you attempt to restart the service?

    Hi Mohan G kumar,

    Could you attach scm-server-0.log & catalina.out file to this thread.

    You will find them under %root directory% \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tomcat\logs

    These files may give fruitful information why service is stopped.
