    hello Everyone,

    one of our user encounter this issue when he perform manual scan "error 1073741849 occured running scan"  does someone encounter this error and fix?

    Has this ever worked correctly? Have you tried a repair of the client?

    yes, before its working then  suddenly it stop  i don't know why. NO repair of client perform, im still figuring out why this error occured?

    Out of curiosity is the user an admin on teh box? Does it work if an admin runs it or does it also error out?
