Most of our clients are offline after performing disaster recovery.
here's the error that we get:
Error 115: "WinInet network error: [code]" appears in Troubleshooting > Connection Status
Can anyone help?

This is a general error message indicating that communication with the server failed. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose the problem.

Run the dbvalidator to check if the database is corrupt
try re-installing the SEPM without the database backup and with the recovery file and see if the client comes back.
