    my product can not be updated and it told me that my licanse is expirad (my lincase 3 years from 07/02/2011 to 06/02/2014

    You might have installed a trial ware and forgot to update the license?

    when did you get the slf file?

    please check this document

     

    Can Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 for Small Business (SEP 12 for SB) Trialware Edition be migrated to Licensed version, without uninstalling the existing Trialware setup

    If you still have license issues you can call the Licensing department at 1-800-721-3934 and select option 2, or visit the Licensing Portal.
