We had issue with Symantec SAV 10 antivrus, we have un-installed and tried to re-install after reboot. While installation half of the installation failed to succeed with Error error 1708

Yes, system requirnment are Ok, because earlier it was fine. Let me check the post installation logs currently we are unable to access customer server.

What is the OS are you trying to install on? As Chetan stated, it is time to upgrade. SAV is very near End-of-Life.
Customer is planning for migration later but now we have to deploy the SAV 10x on the server .

You might try running the CleanWipe tool on this system and then try re-installing SAV.
