In Windows 7 you have to use RU5(11.0.5) or above for installing. You can download latest version (Ru 6) from https://fileconnect.symantec.com using your product sl. no.Try with that once...

Can you upload your installation log as a file attachment (%temp%\sep_inst.log)?  Also, is it possible to try the newest build, RU6a?  Has the same client install package been used to successfully install other similar computers?

    People
    1. I logon with a domain admin account on the Windows 7 pc.
    2. I delete all the Symantec folders on C: (Program Files, App Data, Program Data, Common Files)
    3. I just select in Windows Turn On and Off Option all the option inside of the .Net options
    4. Install the 11.0.5002 version on Windows 7 and everything its running perfect.

    Thanks everyones for your time.
