Hi Ashish,

I did it but no success and it is WindowsXP SP3 so there is no UAC concept.

Do you have any idea about property value?

same issue occured on windows xp 3 and same solution.

Remove all SEP releated folder and Registry entry by using Cleanwipe tool.

You can download

Use the Windows Cleanup Utility can resolve this issue

1. download and install Windwos Cleanup Utility

Trying the local install?

I would suggest to run process explorer, filter msiexec.exe , check where its stopping at.

check the profile path as well.

Please don't forget to mark your thread solved with whatever answer helped you : ) Rafeeq

Try this

  1. Open Regedit.exe and browse to the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
  2. Click Shell Folders and verify that the values on the right side refer to local paths that currently exist.
  3. Click User Shell Folders and verify that the values on the right side refer to local paths that currently exist.

Please don't forget to mark your thread solved with whatever answer helped you : ) Thanks & Regards Aravind

AravindKM - That worked perfectly, I found a value that was incorrect and was able to fix the path.  Thanks!
