Error 451 4.4.2 connection closed by remote host

Hi all,
Recently, I have this strange problems when I'd tried to send mails to a particular domain from my mail server. I've checked the settings and browsed through some of the solutions. Unfortunately, it did not work. We have to resort to using personal email address to send the mails.
I hope anyone out there could assist me on this.

Try increasing the connection timeout value
Hi Eric,
May be the recipient domain is too slow. Have you tried increasing the connection timeout value?
Best thing would be to contact support with packet capture of the conversation between your appliance and the recipient domain.
