  • 1.  Error after migrate SEP client to new server.

    Hi

    We have migrated clients using SylinkDrop from one server to another and we have the following error.

    It could be for a different policy between servers. Then you fix it.

    But the antivirus is still disable.

    We have to migrate more users, and I would like someone can help me to avoice this error.

    Policy is not getting applied, do a reboot after replacing Sylink

    verify the policy

    Do you have the lock icons closed in the policy? This is typically why this occurs. Make sure all the lock icons are closed.
