Error in Agent report

I am deploy the altiris on client. when check the status report of adding client. It show me error

Share the log.

Restart the application again and check it work or not?

What happend when reopen Management console .

Try to reopen SMP console and check again

Hello,

Not sure but this is may be your SQL DB connecting has been stuck either multiple access was running on that time.

Close the application.

Restart the Service of Altiris and SQL DB.

Login the Altiris Again

Open the report and check.
