the error appears in the picker MasterServer what does it mean?

Please tell us more anout your setup - versions, patch level, OS version etc. and also if this is actually causing you any errors or issues?

Does anything show up in the EMM or bpdbm logs?

Netbackup version 7.5 patch 7.5.0.3 OS Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit. for now is not causing problems., the bpdbm ​​log appears some errors follows the log attached.

OK - how about the <install_path>\Veritas\NetBackupDB\log\server.log file

Also maybe try running this and show us the output:

<install_path>\Veritas\NetBackupDB\WIN64\dblic.exe dbsrv11.lic

If you have a 32 bit system change the WIN64 to WIN32 in the above

That looks OK then.

Do you have any anti virus or access protection software installed?

If so make sure all of NetBackup is excluded from scanning
