Error: "Cannot read all of the spam messages

    Hi ,Support Team,

    Today morning , I upgrade my brightmail server from 9.01 To 10.0.3 .  After upgrade , I got a warming message at the Spam Message Quarantine page .

    Now if i attempt to click on the quarantine tab.. I get the error:
    |
    | "Cannot read all the spam messages from the database."

    It can't show out all the spam messages , then I follow your suggested  instruction to execute follow command at the brightmail console , however it is not help , so please let me know how to fix it.

    " Enter the command: "cc-config database --check"

    " Enter the command: "cc-config database --repair"
