panic[cpu1]/thread=2a100091d40: GAB: Port h halting system due to client process failure

Effect reboot the server

what's mean this error on the log?

This message indicates that GAB was not able to heartbeat with "had" (the VCS engine).

As a regular process, GAB continously speaks with had, in your case this communication was broken & hence "had" was stopped by GAB.

Most common cause of this to happen is performance issues on your server.... like some sort of CPU/mem spike.... server was too busy to respond to GAB/HAD communication
