Error code 10 on SL

When installing SYMANTEC PROTECTION SUITE SMALL BUSINESS 3.0 ON imac/MacBook Pro using snow leopard i got several error messages:

Norton Anti-Virus Auto-Protect could not continue.  Please run Live Update or reinstall Norton Anti-Virus and restart.  (Code 10).".....I have reinstalled and restarted and trying run Live update and error messages continue showing on screen...

Imac and macbook pro are new.

 

Any help?

First you need to uninstall Norton from your Mac

Done....and now...?

 

Surfing on web I found that Symantec Protection Suite Small Business Edition is not compatible with Snow Leopard.....is it true?

Hello,currently symantec Endpoint protection small business edition12.x is not supported on MAC OS.

However endpoint protection 11.0.6 is coampatible with MAC OS
