Error during data collection: 'unable to build domain cache for domain...'

    During data collection in Control Compliance Suite (CCS) 11, following error is seen:unable to build domain cache for domain <domain name>. I go through the: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH189675

    this technote give solution that account should be member of domain admin, I follow all these instruction but still facing the same issue.

    Kindly guide me

    You need to register a "domain cache" for this domain:

    Click Settings> Credentials

    Righ Click in tab > Add Common Credential

    Plataform: Windows Domain Cache

    Domain

    User Name and Password.

    Tip: It is important that this credential is registered in the same way that the credential domain. ex: if you register a domain account as domain\user and the cache domain as user@domain.com, probably this will DONT WORK.
