  • 1.  Error During Installation

    I've problem during installation.It's shown Error During Installation. Configuration of one or more products failed; see the log details. To attempt configuration again,reinstall the product.

    In Altiris Log Viewer it's shown

    Process : AtrsHost (4792)

    Thread ID : 5

    Module : AltrsHost.exe

    Source : Altiris.TaskManagement.ClientTask.*

    Description: System.NullReferenceException : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

         at Altiris.ClientTask.Server.ClientTaskServer.Stop()

     

    I've tried reinstall several time  but still get this error. 

    My server Windows Server 2008 R2

                   SQL Server 2008 R2

    Please help me.

    Solve by uncheck Automatically detect settings in Local Area Network(LAN) Settings.
