  • 1.  Error Exporting / Importing Reports from one NS to another

    I am trying to export a report from NS and import it to another, but receive an error message of 'Error importing item: web server error - ImportItem'. Has anyone else seen this before?

    I aprpeciate any help.

    Check the NS log for clues.

    Are you trying to import something that already exists and is maybe 'read only'?

    Hi Henderson,

          Are you trying to do export/import to the NS which is running with same inline version?

          Plz check the XML file.
