Hi,
The down arrow indicates a client deployment, the red X indicates an error.
If you double click the client, you should be able to see the "Deployment Message" towards the bottom of the properties pane, that should tell you the issue.

As mentioned by Chetan, Kindly double click on the Icon and it should tell you the status, Its most probably possible that the client is not installed properly
The icon shown that Unknown Device Failure. Why it said that Unkhown Device? That client is a PC installed Windows 2003 server. Could anyone tell me more?
Thank you Chetan and Simpson :)
Unknown devices are the devices that are unmanaged and that do not run the client software
Just disable and enabled your unmanged detector once. May be its pulling the cached info.

Any question, This client is up to date and can control on SEPM. Why SEPM see it's unknown?
By the way, I'll try to disable and enable my unmanaged detector and will come back to tell the result.
Thank you every body :)
