Error installing Backup Exec V10 SP2

when it gets to Configuring Veritas Backup Exec ODBC Installer Error
The proram c:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe, or one of its DLLs attempt to call the function SQLGetPrivateProfileStringW wich is not supported in the loaded ODBC installer DLL (,). Press OK to proceed.
then it does a roll back. I have this error on 5 Winodws 2003 AD DC. I installed it on 39 servers with no errors.

Hello,
It seems that you are installing BE v10.0 tev 5520 SP2.
If yes, we suggest you to install the latest version of BE.
Please refer the following technote to download and install the BE v10.1.

I am getting the same error.
Running Windows Server 2003 R2 x32, BE 10d version 10.1.5629.
Get this error when trying to install any VERITAS Hotfix or Service Pack.
Any ideas?
