When installing Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition 10.2.1 64 bit vista edition, on vista business some computers recieve the error  "Error 2711. The specified Feature name ("Pop3Smtp") not found in Feature table." when initializing the windows installer, preventing the installation of the client. What can be done to fix this, and install the software?

Have you tried 10.2.2 instead.

Think there was some of the same with sep mr4 a while ago, there was a solution to install the liveupdate first, don't know if this could help?

Did you change the entry in Setaid.ini file.
The feature Name is case sensitive so if you edit the ini file and type the wrong name it gives this error.

While installing client, If receive error this error 2711. This happens usually if product was not extracted/downloaded properly.

Re-download the product and extract it with any extraction utility (WinZip/WinRar)
