    Tengo un problema con la descarga de definiciones en la consola SEPM me sale un error = 4 pero el equipo cuenta con todos los accesos a internet ya he revisado las posibles causas y aun no he dado con la solucion a este problema...

    Hola,

    ¿Ha examinado el log.liveupdate de ese SEPM? Que contienen la información en profundidad para determinar qué es exactamente lo que está sucediendo.

    Funda, los pasos anteriores no han resuelto el problema.

    ¿Podría subir el Log.liveupdate de

    C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Datos de programa \ Symantec \ LiveUpdate

No hay actualizaciones de sus productos.

    Question and Suggestions  -
     
    1) What version of SEP are you running?
     
    Make sure you are running the Latest Version of SEP 11.x / SEP 12.1 on your machine.
     
    2) Check this Articles below:

    After migration to Symantec Endpoint Protection, LiveUpdate fails to download content
     
     
    3) As per the Logs, we see, that Product: LiveUpdate, Version: 3.3.0.107, Language: Spanish. So, i believe you are running the SEP 11.0 RU7 MP1. If not, please let me know.
