    Hello, 

    In Service Desk 7.5 MP1 when I open the attachment from e-mail appears error "Error loading document version".

    This is fixed in Orion (the 7.5 that just got released):

    3106619 WF_SD7.5.MP1 : "Error loading document version", when clicked Link from email received for document send as Link and open from another machine.

    If Orion isn't an option, you can contact Support and get it into an rollup.
