Here it is

 

Question/Issue:
The Total Violations, Activity Summary, and Recent Activity areas on the Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Home page are blank. When you click Reports on the Navigation Bar the error “No connection could be made because target machine actively refused it ::1:58081” displays.

 


Cause:
The IPv4 localhost entry, 127.0.0.1 is missing from the hosts file.
Solution:
Open the hosts file with notepad and add the following line just above the : :1 localhost entry:
127.0.0.1 localhost
