  • 1.  Error migrating server from 10.1.6 to 11

    Hi, we're migrating from SAV 10 to Endpoint Security.  Probelm is that whether the upgrade is run locally on the previous management server, or remotely from another server, the migration utility fails with the message "Failed to contact or import data".  Is there a fix for this please?  Previous management server is on 10.1.6 running on Windows Server 2003.

    You may want to post your error logs there.
