  • 1.  An Error occured while loading savrt32.dll

    Dear All,

    Our company is using symantec antivirus corporate edition ver 10.2 I face a problem when open it. An error message prompts out "An error occured while loading savrt32.dll". I tried to uninstall it through Add/Remove program but fail. I tried to use the disk to repair and reinstall it. It was installed successfully. However the problem is not solved.

    I tried to google but fail to get a solution. Anybody has encountered and solve this issue before? What should I do to totally remove it from my laptop?

    Call Symantec Support and get Cleanwipe Utility. Remove SAV using Cleanwipe then re-install it.
