Error by openning inventroy report

Hello !

I actually installed the Altiris Notification Server with DCM to take inventory of out clients. Until now it runs good. But today i found an error on an inventory report.

When i go to Reports/Inventory/ and start the report Dell-Client-Hardware inventory it show me a pie chart. On the pie chart i select Optiplex Desktop.
Here i see a new seqment called others. If i clck on others the system show me the following error..

Der folgende Fehler ist auf der Seite 'Report_Summary.aspx' aufgetreten:

There is no row at position 7.

Ausnahmeverfolgung:

System.IndexOutOfRangeException: There is no row at position 7.

   at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(IPostBackEventHandler sourceControl, String eventArgument)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.RaisePostBackEvent(NameValueCollection postData)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain()



I try the following things to solve the issue:

 - check xml file with supportet system 
 - start an repair option for dcm on control panel at the server.

But nothing solves the problem. 

Could anybody help me?

It sounds as if

you don't have the necessary information gathered to display the report. Have you performed all the prerequisite discovery, inventory, and distributed the dell agents (and then ran inventory again)?

Maybe that can be the problem.We install the Altris Agent with GPO. I think it happened if an user logs off durening the installation of the additionally dell and altris tools (Agents for 32 bit hardware agents). After some days the seqments others vanish.
