Can you provide more details, like SMP version, exact task, exact error message, whether it occurs some of the time or always, when it started happening?

Copy File Task. Wen I navigate to upload from a local source, I get an "Error on Page" dialogue box with it referencin line 1 object: 0. Looks like an IE error.

    SMP: ver. 7.0.8641

    IE: ver. 7

...error happens everytime I try this.

What IE Security Zone does your NS show up as?  Be sure it is showing as "Local intranet".  If you're accessing it by IP address, or in some cases a Fully-qualified domain name, you could have a simliar issue with IE blocking certain scripts from executing, or activeX.  If you must use the IP address, add that IP to the Local Intranet zone.

I would add the NS to your Local intranet sites, or if you're accessing it remotely, add it to Trusted Sites.

In IE, Tools > Internet Options, Security Tab, select Trusted Sites, click Sites, in the first blank, type your server name (e.g. altiriserver.mycompany.com) and click Add.  If you're not using SSL (typical), uncheck 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone, then click Close.

Close all IE instances and then reopen and try again.
