Error with Process Manager

Anyone ever run across this error when opening the process manager?
Unexpected Error!, Please Contact Administrator
I restarted the LogicBase service, restarted IIS, and rebooted the box. Don't see anything in the event viewer or the workflow logs. Any ideas?

Is there a stack trace shown
Is there a stack trace shown immediately beneath this error? (collapsed, perhaps)

Nothing just a message saying:
Ensemble Error:
Unexpected Error!, Please Contact Administrator.
I don't think this is a license issue - could it be a database issue?
