I am using a Policy to create a Backup to Disk with duplicates to tape.  There are Monthly and Weekly full backups with Daily incremental.  The daily incremental to disk duplicate OK, only the full backups do this.
I get this error in the job log of the duplicate:
The source Backup to Disk completes without an error.  I get the same error if I attempt to do a manual duplicate.
I have 10 other policies that are similar and only this one with the Exchange Information Store exhibits this behavior.

Jim,

What happens if you were to backup the Exchange data straight to tape instead of going to disk then to tape?

Hello

I'm doing full exchange backup ever night and getting the same errors, just done a test straight to tape and that works ok , Going to run a backup straight to tape tonight on all 4 mail stores we use. Its only been happening the last week but the backup server only been running about 3 weeks

The links on the errors are all for old version of backup exec.

also  I now can't see any folders in restore tab for the public folders

Jim,

Can you check the fragmentation levels of the disk or disks you are using for Backup to Disk locations?
