Hi...
I get the Error: "Scan Engine Error 0x20000058" when scanning with Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition when attempting to execute a full scan of on a MS XP Home Edition. I have removed the v9 version and reinstalled it, then uninstalled it and install the v10 version but in every case the scan engine will not start?\
I have googled the message and read many items that suggest to start and restart the Antivirus engine using the Services application...but in my case that did not resolve the problem.
Any suggestions....is it a registry issue..or what
